Анотація

Стаття присвячена аналізу процесів трансформації політичної системи в умовах післявоєнного відновлення, зокрема з огляду на виклики, що виникають після завершення військових конфліктів. В умовах військової агресії відбувається суттєва зміна політичної ситуації, зокрема посилення централізації влади, мобілізація ресурсів і втручання зовнішніх акторів у внутрішні політичні процеси. Стаття розглядає етапи відновлення політичної стабільності, включаючи відновлення інститутів влади, відновлення довіри до політичних структур, а також адаптацію до нових реалій, що виникли під час війни. Також акцентується увага на процесах примирення в суспільстві та зовнішньополітичній переорієнтації після війни. Особливу увагу приділено відновленню демократичних практик та процесам інтеграції країни в міжнародну спільноту після завершення військових дій.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the processes of transformation of the political system in the conditions of post-war reconstruction, in particular in view of the challenges that arise after the end of military conflicts. In conditions of military aggression, a significant change in the political situation occurs, in particular, increased centralization of power, mobilization of resources and intervention of external actors in internal political processes. The article considers the stages of restoration of political stability, including the restoration of institutions of power, restoration of trust in political structures, as well as adaptation to new realities that arose during the war. Attention is also focused on the processes of reconciliation in society and foreign policy reorientation after the war. Particular attention is paid to the restoration of democratic practices and the processes of integration of the country into the international community after the end of military operations.
