ФІНАНСОВЕ ПЛАНУВАННЯ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ СТАБІЛІЗАЦІЇ ТА ОЗДОРОВЛЕННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

У статті досліджено сутність фінансового планування як стратегічного інструменту стабілізації та оздоровлення діяльності підприємства. Показано, що в умовах макроекономічної нестабільності, інфляційних ризиків та порушення виробничо-логістичних ланцюгів саме системне планування фінансових потоків стає основою забезпечення ліквідності, платоспроможності та відновлення рентабельності бізнесу. Обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок між фінансовим плануванням, бюджетуванням і контролінгом як механізмами антикризового управління. Розроблено етапну модель фінансового планування, що включає аналітичну, проєктно-стратегічну, ресурсну, реалізаційну та контрольну фази. Визначено напрями вдосконалення фінансового планування з урахуванням цифрової трансформації, ризик-менеджменту та принципів сталого розвитку.

The article substantiates the conceptual and practical foundations of financial planning as a universal tool for ensuring the stability and recovery of enterprises. It proves that, under the conditions of economic turbulence and market uncertainty, financial planning becomes a dynamic system of analytical, organizational, and managerial decisions aimed at maintaining liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The mechanism of financial planning is presented as a self-regulating cycle that includes analytical, strategic, budgetary, implementation, and control phases, forming a continuous process of financial adaptation and development. The role of financial planning in restoring financial equilibrium, improving capital structure, and ensuring sustainable competitiveness of enterprises is emphasized. The paper also highlights the importance of digital transformation, the integration of ERP and BI systems, and risk-based approaches that enhance the accuracy and transparency of financial decision-making.
