ЦИФРОВА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ НА ОСНОВІ СИСТЕМ BIG DATA: ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ІТ-АРХІТЕКТУРИ ТА УПРАВЛІНСЬКІ МОДЕЛІ

Анотація

У статті досліджено вплив сучасних Big Data-архітектур на трансформацію бізнес-процесів організацій у цифрову епоху. Показано, що великі дані перестають бути суто технологічним ресурсом і поступово перетворюються на структуроутворюючий елемент управлінських моделей. Розглянуто особливості сучасних обчислювальних платформ, що забезпечують масштабовану обробку даних, та їхню роль у побудові цифрових ланцюгів ухвалення рішень. Доведено, що цифрова трансформація бізнес-процесів не може зводитися лише до автоматизації; вона передбачає створення нової ІТ-архітектури, здатної інтегрувати дані різної природи, забезпечувати їхню якість, швидкість обробки та доступність у режимі реального часу. У статті представлено порівняльну таблицю, яка демонструє ключові відмінності між традиційними та Big Data-орієнтованими ІТ-архітектурами. Показано, що цифрова логіка управління формує нові вимоги до інфраструктури, методів аналітики, організаційної культури та моделі взаємодії між комп’ютерними системами та людиною.

The article examines the impact of modern Big Data architectures on the transformation of business processes in organizations within the digital era. It is demonstrated that big data is no longer merely a technological resource but is gradually becoming a structural component of managerial models. The study explores the characteristics of contemporary computational platforms that enable scalable data processing and their role in creating digital decision-making chains. It is argued that digital transformation of business processes cannot be reduced to automation alone; rather, it requires the development of a new IT architecture capable of integrating heterogeneous data, ensuring their quality, processing speed and real-time availability. The article presents a comparative table illustrating the key distinctions between traditional and Big Data-oriented IT architectures. It is shown that digital managerial logic introduces new requirements for infrastructure, analytical methods, organizational culture and the interaction model between computer systems and human decision-makers.
